2.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email with your tickets and QR codes. Please keep this email safe as it contains your ticket information.

3. Ticket Usage and Restrictions

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time
  • Each ticket is valid for one entry only
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without authorization
  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
  • You must present a valid QR code for entry

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds may be available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled
  • Service fees are typically non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted through your account
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your credentials.

  • Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets
  • Purchase tickets for resale at inflated prices
  • Share or duplicate QR codes
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

7. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

  • The quality and content of their events
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Event cancellation or rescheduling decisions
  • Venue safety and accessibility

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Event cancellations or changes
  • Loss or theft of tickets
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Actions or omissions of event organizers

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Changes to Terms
